Dang near perfect every day shoe...

I've run a couple 1/2 marathons in New Balance running shoes. After trying many many brands on treadmills, I always go back to NB. The fit is just good for my feet over any other brand. Recently I've switched to the MT110 for trail running and it is MY perfect shoe. Love it. Since then I've purchased the MX20 for cross training and the MR10 for road running. When I saw a Minimus leather, I had to get it, and I'm glad I did. These will last a long time with every day use.Pro's:- Light, like wearing slippers but extremely durable- Proven Vibram sole- Waterproof suede leather uppers- Roomy toebox- Well constructed and will last a long time with every day casual useCon's:- Little snug around my midfoot

Shoes are amazing!

They are great shoes, just note they run half a size too small! You do not want to have to return these and wait for another because they run out quickly.

I am a 65 year old athlete with two artificial knees. These shoes will help you utilize your feet - which have more bones than all of the rest of your body - rather than your knees to walk, hike, and if you are so inclined, to run. Some weeks this past summer I hiked as much as 40 miles a week - often 4 hours at a time - in the foothills surrounding Santa Fe, NM. My knees and my legs have never been stronger - which I attribute to learning to stay in my core when I am moving, which is far easier to do by relying on my feet, the adductor muscles inside my thighs, and the NB Minimus shoes. I have six different pairs of these shoes which greatly help me stabilize my entire body by maximizing how I utilize my feet. And oh, the quality is superb!
