Excellent shoes for the price

I bought these as a lower cost option for a minimalist shoe and they have been great.I do a lot of single track trail racing and running and these shoes are great. They don't offer a lot of ankle support but I find that less is more and that I have less sprains w/o support. In terms of strike protection this shoes has above average mid and for foot protection than most minimalists.Unlike other minimalists with Vibram soles I would not take these on a difficult hike so they are not as versatile as say the Merrell trail glove.I will definitely buy this shoe again.

Bought for my husband

Great runners! Bought for the husband and I thought they would be to bright like a pair of parchute pants from the 80's but there not. He also said they are very supportive. Great shoe!

Well made, light weight shoe. Filled my needs perfectly. As noted in other reviews, these shoes do run at least one-half to one size smaller than what you expect from regular running shoes. Be sure to remember this when ordering.
