4Solid Light Shoe that allows for Mid-foot Strike
By RPilling
I regularly train in Vibram 5 Fingers and purchased these shoes to race in, do speed work, and long runs. They are incredibly light (they feel almost as light as the 5 Fingers) and allow me to run using the same form as I do in the Vibrams. The shoe is very roomy in the toe box and are quite comfortable. I have used them in several races and so far they have held up well. The padding on the bottom is beginning to be eaten up a little, but it does not look like anything more than normal wear.My only complaint is that I feel there is a little too much arch support. Nonetheless this is the best alternative to Vibrams for more intense runs I have found and would recommend them to anyone looking for a light, zero drop shoe.
