One Size - Fits Not At All

The pair I received were/are very small. There are no zippers or side closures - to put them on apparently you need do slip them on over your socks, but before you put on your shoes. No way do they have enough elastic relief to slip on over my foot. (I expected that "one size" meant "fits most".) I wear a US size 12 or 13 men's shoe. I have a friend with very small feet (US women's size 5), and they don't let her tiny foot fit through either.
