Adidas Supernova Sequence 5

Excellenet running shoes with a nice snug feel yet exceptionally comfortable, well cushioned and smooth feel. Great for normal arch type foot. I prefer these over other running shoes i have used over the years such a Brooks Ghost4 and Glycerin, Nike Luna Glide and even Asics. Then again other runners may prefer other brand/models. I give adidas supernova and even adistar salvation 5 stars for quality, stabillity and avoid heel/foot discomfort/aches after long runs (50 to 80 miles/week)

Excellent Seller - Bad Shoe

First off, credit where credit is due. The seller was excellent. The shoes shipped quickly, and were delivered quickly. No complications, and I would recommend using them.The shoes, however.. I've been using Supernova 3's for the past two years. Adidas has phased out that version. After reading around, I decided the 5's might work - My feet are in agony from them. The arch support is extremely firm compared to the 3's, and this has caused all sorts of aches and pains. If you are OK with a firm arch support, this should be a fine shoe for you. As for me, I need to find another brand of shoe.

I had the previous version (SuperNova 4) and lost it during a trip, so I bought the new model SuperNova 5.It is very similar to the previous model except that this one comes with a new mechanism to avoid pronate. It make you step more stable.It improves the previous version and it is very light weight. The cushion system is also very good for runner with back pain problems.Avoid it if you don't like shows with a big 'bridge'.
