Pretty Nice.

Got these shoes a few days ago for my 3000 meter race in indoor, and they are really nice. Whatever the soecs say, they are very light for track shoes, and the thin fabric sole is very breathable. Perfect if you are a distance runner with red as a team color, or just like nice spikes. Consider a half size smaller than your training shoe.
