Big Hoss Shoes

These are what they are - gym rat shoes for shuffling weights and doing some serious calisthenics in... I don't think they qualify as something you'd want to run more than a mile or so in. I snagged these up when they were on sale and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and performance. I wear a wide shoe and these really are great and roomy.

I purchased these shoes because Consumer Reports had them ranked as a Best Buy and I am very happy with them. They are very comfortable and great for walking. I took them with me on a vacation two days after I received them and found them to be very comfortable right out of the box. I intend to buy another pair very soon.

Great, but not excellent

I got these shoes to be general-purpose shoes. I umpire netball and intended to wear them for that, but also cycling and general getting around (I have very few pairs of shoes.)On the whole, I'm very happy. I was instantly more agile and putting less strain on my body. I've worn them a lot now and they are comfortable and good.The only problem has been that they have a low arch - this isn't quite right for my foot, which is a minor nuisance.
