Perfect for a Mud Run

I purchased these shoes to compete in a mud run obstacle course. I completed the 5.5 mile race with no blisters. The shoes are light and the canvas material drains the water efficiently. I did not use the spikes, but the shoes worked perfectly for my needs.

Good shoe, runs narrow and 1/2 size small

Great shoes if you plan on using them only for track. However, they run narrow as well as about a 1/2 size small. So order accordingly.

New Balance is fantastic. Not only do they build a quality product for a reasonable price in America, but they offer wide sizes on most products. I'm using huaraches or running pure barefoot as often as possible. After long runs, I'll use lotion on my feet and walk around in NB XC flats, or Minimus in a wide size. Wide sizes are the key. Barefoot runners feet naturally "relearn" to splay out at the ball of the foot, feet seem to change shape and get wider.I've put up several videos on this topic, search my name on youtube if you want to learn more about minimalist running, etc.Randy KreillBeavercreek, OH
